Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all items sold are secondhand/pre-owned, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizing, and condition details before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to purchase the item in its current condition as described and photographed in the listing.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during shipping, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all merchandise is pre-owned/secondhand, all items are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or special releases.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible, the item must remain in the same condition it was received, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
